Terms of Sale

These terms govern buying Ropenode. What you may do with the software once you have it is the End User Licence Agreement; how we handle your data is the Privacy Policy. Where these terms and the EULA disagree about a purchase, these terms win.

1. Who you are contracting with

2. What is being sold

A licence to use Ropenode, delivered as a download and a licence key. Ropenode is licensed, not sold: you are buying permission to run it, not ownership of it.

Ropenode requires the Claude Code or Codex CLI, and your own account with that provider (sold separately). That account is bought from Anthropic or OpenAI, not from us, and is not included in any price on this site. We take no margin on your model usage and cannot control what it costs you. If you have no such account, Ropenode will install and open but cannot run an agent.

Ropenode runs on Windows. Before buying, check the requirements on the download page — a licence does not make it run somewhere it does not run.

3. Prices, tax and currency

Prices are shown in US dollars. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added: the price shown is the price you pay, and your invoice shows no VAT.

Pro is $19 per month, or $190 per year. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that billing period.

4. How an order is made

Displaying a price is an invitation to buy, not an offer. Your order is an offer to us, and the contract is formed when we confirm it by email with your licence key. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. If we cannot supply what you ordered, we will tell you and refund you in full.

5. Delivery

Immediately, by email and in your account, as a licence key you paste into the application. There is nothing to ship. If the key has not arrived within a few minutes, check your account page first — it is always there — and then email support@ropenode.com.

6. Renewal, price changes and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your paid features working until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancellation is not revocation, and it does not delete anything.

If a payment fails we keep your licence working for 14 days while it is retried.

We may change prices. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and we will email you at least 30 days before it affects a renewal — long enough to cancel first.

7. Refunds and your right to change your mind

Set out in full on the Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

8. What we promise about the software

That it will be as described on this site and of satisfactory quality. Ropenode supervises autonomous coding agents; it reduces the chance of an unwanted change and does not eliminate it. Read section 8 of the EULA before relying on the edit policy as a safety boundary — it is a safety net against accidents, not a security boundary against a hostile agent.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, nothing here removes or reduces your statutory rights.

9. Support

By email at support@ropenode.com. Pro includes priority support, which means you go to the front of the queue — it is not a contractual response time.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings there.

Please email support@ropenode.com first — nearly everything is settled that way. A consumer in Lithuania who is not satisfied may also apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba).

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you bought.
