FTP / FTPS deploy
FTP deploy is a Pro feature. Set up a Stage and a Live target, over FTP or FTPS, in Project settings → Deployment; on Free the settings stay visible, but pushing needs Pro.
↑ Push sends only the files git reports as changed, and shows you the exact list before anything is uploaded.
The important part is the delete model: Ropenode keeps a manifest of the files it uploaded, and it will only ever delete files that appear in that manifest. It will not remove a file it did not put there, so a deploy cannot wipe something on the server it does not know about. Destructive operations are behind an explicit confirmation.
Credentials are sealed with AES-256-GCM.
A target remembers where it uploaded, not just what, and Ropenode checks the server's root before uploading anything. Change a target's host or remote root and the next push uploads to the new destination from scratch.
Session files as a ZIP
For a server Ropenode cannot reach, a session's Files list can be saved as a ZIP of every file it changed, at their project paths, ready to upload by hand.
There is no automatic rollback; the manifest records exactly what was uploaded.
